Vibhuti Vaghani’s positive experience with early childhood education motivated her to want to provide a similar option for families in her home community. In 2017, she and Vishal began the process of building the Primrose School of Carol Stream. The school opened in 2020 (amid a pandemic!) and is hugely successful, providing a balanced learning environment as well as a warm and nurturing atmosphere.

Since opening the school, it has become their primary focus, while still operating and maintaining their network of Dunkin locations in the greater Chicago area.

Here, Vibhuti talks about their journey building the Primrose School of Carol Stream and how she has poured her heart and soul into a fulfilling career in early childhood education.
